Welcome to day two of Missouri sports betting being official in the Ozark State. Less than 24 hours ago, Missouri became the 39th state to legalize sports gambling.
The December 1 date marked the culmination of events, including a measure on the ballot for the November 2024 election that passed by less than 3,000 votes, establishing Missouri as the latest state in the nation to give the thumbs-up to sports betting.
In May 2025, the state and the Missouri Gaming Commission approved the launch of several MO sportsbooks.
From this ruling, Fanatics Sportsbook, BetMGM, FanDuel, DraftKings, Caesars, Bet365, and Underdog (fantasy) were all given the green light to operate come launch day.
Now, as of Monday, multiple Missouri sportsbook promos are available for use, which’ll boost the experience for all bettors, new and returning.
