Brian Walshe allegedly watched kinky cuckold porn days before suspected cheating wife’s death, jury hears

Brian Walshe allegedly watched a cuckold porn video days before the death of his wife — who prosecutors claim Walshe suspected of cheating — and Googled the so-called “trash-bag killer” after her slaughter.

Walshe, 50, viewed on his laptop a video about a “cheating wife” on Dec. 27, Massachusetts State Police Trooper Nicholas Guarino testified Tuesday, according to a report by CNN.

The explicit clip was allegedly viewed three days before Ana, Walshe’s wife and the mother of their three boys, disappeared forever around New Year’s Day 2023.

Jurors heard during opening statements Monday at the Norfolk County Superior Court trial in Dedham, Mass. that Ana was having an affair with another man, William Fastow.

Prosecutors claimed Walshe knew about the dalliance and had even searched Fastow’s name online before Ana’s death — offering a possible motive for the alleged slaying.

But Walshe’s lawyer, Larry Tipton, told the jury during his opening remarks that the real estate exec didn’t know about the affair and that Walshe and Ana were deeply in love and devoted to their sons — in spite of the apparent extramarital tryst.

Tipton appeared to suggest on cross-examination of Guarino, that the person viewing the X-rated content was actually looking for videos starring their preferred matress actress, rather than specifically seeking out content about cheating spouses.

The trooper spent most of the day testifying about a slew of damning internet searches Walshe allegedly made in the three days after Ana’s disappearance, including using his laptop to google serial killer Patrick Kearney, a man who put the his victims’ bodies in trash bags, earning him the moniker, the “trash-bag killer.”

Another example, is Walshe allegedly searching on Jan. 2, “can you be charge [sic] with murder without a body.” And he allegedly went on to view a Wikipedia page titled, “Murder conviction without a body.”

Mere hours after Ana’s slaying on Jan. 1, Walshe allegedly started searching topics including, “best way to dispose of a body,” “how long before body starts to smell,” and “how long does dna last,” the outlet reported.

On Jan. 2, other disturbing searches included, “how to saw a body” and “hacksaw the best tool for dismembering body.”

And the chilling searches continued on Jan. 3, including “can a body decompose in a plastic bag” — and ironically, “can police get your search history without your computer.”

Walshe admitted last month to lying to cops in the days after Ana’s disappearance and to getting rid of her body. However, he maintained he didn’t kill her.

Walshe allegedly went to stores including Lowe’s and Home Depot to pick up tools and cleaning supplies for the grisly task of dismembering Ana’s remains, before dropping them in dumpsters, causing them to be incinerated and compacted as part of the waste disposal process.

The father is on trial for a single count of first-degree murder and if he’s convicted he’ll face mandatory life imprisonment.

Prosecutors have suggested Walshe may have been motivated by the fact his marriage to Ana was strained by his art fraud conviction — which came with a $400,000 restitution tab and impending prison time. And they claimed Walshe suspected Ana of cheating.

But Tipton put forth an alternate version of events, claiming that Ana died of “sudden unexplained death” and Walshe panicked he’d be blamed for it so he tried to cover it up.

The trial is expected to last up to three weeks.
