Gang leader ‘Jeezy Mula’ ordered hit on social media rival from jail – but gunmen killed girlfriend instead: feds

A jailed Brooklyn gang leader ordered a hit on a rival over a social media beef – but the gunmen accidentally killed the intended target’s girlfriend instead, prosecutors claim.

Real Ryte gang leader Dajahn “Jeezy Mula” McBean, 29, was in federal jail on another gang charge when order the murder of a rival but three gunmen fatally shot innocent bystander Clarisa Burgos, 28, during a brutal ambush attack in Queens last December, federal prosecutors said in an indictment unsealed Thursday..

Karl “Pacavell” Smith, 26, and Chelsey “Ms. Chinn” Harris, 23, were charged alongside McBean after the gangbanger paid them to lure the intended target to Big Apple nightclubs so he could be assassinated, according to the indictment and sources.

But the feds say the stunning, caught-on-camera ambush actually clipped the wrong person.

Thebotched murder for hire left the mother-of-one dead with a gunshot to her head, according to a statement from US Attorney Damian Williams. The three were charged with murder-for-hire conspiracy and stalking resulting in death for the shooting.

All three are in custody and have been detained ahead of their trial, authorities said.

McBean was already serving a federal sentence down south for directing a separate gang-related shooting back in 2017 when he got involved in a social media feud with another gang member, Williams said.

Although the details of the argument aren’t clear, McBean allegedly used a contraband cellphone to order Smith and Harris to take rival to clubs where he’d be murdered, according to prosecutors.

He paid the two through intermediaries for their work, Williams said — which included persuading the 39-year-old target to go to a Queens nightclub on Christmas Eve.

That’s when gunmen sprung their first trap, shooting at his car several times. But they missed, and he lived, prosecutors said.

The crew allegedly tried again two days later.

That night, the rival was sitting with Burgos, his girlfriend, in a black Honda sedan parked near 127th Street and Liberty Avenue in Richmond Hill just before midnight when three hoodie-clad gunmen strode up and opened fire, according to cops and video of the killing.

The man was shot six times, but survived the attack and drove to a local precinct for help.

Burgos wasn’t so lucky.

She was shot in the head once and died on the spot, cops said.

Afterward, her grieving aunt told The Post that, “We’ve raised her in a good way, with love,” before closing the door.

“God knows what has happened to her.”

If convicted, Williams said the three will face a minimum of life in prison — and a maximum of the death penalty.

“Thanks to the hard work of the prosecutors in this Office and our law enforcement partners, McBean and his co-conspirators will be held to account for this crime,” he said.
