IOW: Putin and his autocratic-oligarchic kronies have absolutely no interest in any real form of true DEMOCRACY — that is, to have a nation where We The People are IN CHARGE — which, in truth, is the real NEW WORLD ORDER; rather, IMO, obviously, they are interested ONLY in preserving their self-serving top-down concentration of power.
Yes, the USA DOLLAR is FAR from perfect, but its imperfections arise from the fact that it is centrally and artificially controlled by those apparently whose motivations are largely self-serving; where, any workable solution to this imbalance must start with removing, or, at least reducing substantially, the impact of such top-down controlling authorities.
