It wasn’t just confetti flying during the Dodgers’ championship celebrations.

When recapping last Friday’s World Series parade in Los Angeles, Dodgers reliever Joe Kelly revealed the wife of his newly retired teammate, Daniel Hudson, was apparently bloodied by beer-throwing fans in the revelry.

“The nice thing was is there was less beers thrown at people so no one really got hurt, except one person got hit in the head, Daniel Hudson’s wife,” Kelly said of Sara Hudson Monday on his “Baseball Isn’t Boring” podcast.

“… She got smoked, right in the noggin. She was bleeding, she wore a wrap, but she was a trooper, she powered through the parade and then went to [outfielder] Mookie’s [Betts] World Series party at his house. She powered through and made it through the whole day.”

The incident came days after Hudson, 37, announced his MLB retirement following the Dodgers’ World Series victory over the Yankees.

The reliever — who played for the White Sox, Diamondbacks, Pirates, Blue Jays, Nationals and Padres across 15 seasons — called it a career minutes after the Dodgers’ Game 5 win over the Yankees on Wednesday to capture their eighth World Series title.

“This was the only reason I came back — to go out on top,” Hudson said, according to ESPN. “And that’s what’s happening.”

Hudson’s final appearance was in the Dodgers’ Game 4 loss on Wednesday when he allowed four runs.

Elsewhere on Monday’s podcast, Kelly shredded “lazy” Yankees stars in what he deemed a “mismatch” of a World Series.

“… It was a mismatch from the get-go. If we had a playoff re-ranking, they might be ranked the eighth or ninth-best playoff team,” Kelly said of the No. 1 seed in the American League.

Kelly did not play this postseason amid a shoulder issue.
