Head coach Jeff Ulbrich said the Jets had a “whole tackling presentation” dedicated to the Cardinals’ James Conner, a physical back who has collected the sixth-most yards in the NFL this season.

That, Ulbrich added, never happens, but Conner’s presence adds another wrinkle to containing an Arizona offense that already includes mobile quarterback Kyler Murray — who has amassed the third-most rushing yards among quarterbacks this season (350).

Javon Kinlaw, who spent the first four years of his career with the 49ers and has faced Conner previously, told The Post he’s “great with the stiff arm” and that the “first tackle ain’t always gonna bring him down.”

“If you don’t stop him,” Ulbrich said, “you don’t stop the Cardinals.”

OL Jake Hanson (hamstring) and LB C.J. Mosley (neck) were ruled out for Sunday on the Jets’ final injury report of the week.

CB Michael Carter II (back), TE Tyler Conklin (ankle), RT Morgan Moses (knee), LB Chazz Surratt (heel), DL Solomon Thomas (knee) and RG Alijah Vera-Tucker (ankle) were all listed as questionable.

Conklin’s injury occurred during practice Thursday, Ulbrich said, but it didn’t prevent him from participating fully one day later.

LG John Simpson (groin), LT Tyron Smith (rest), S Tony Adams (hamstring), S Ashtyn Davis (concussion) and QB Aaron Rodgers (knee, hamstring) were full participants Friday and didn’t receive injury designations.

The Jets signed defensive lineman Bruce Hector, who made four tackles as a practice-squad elevation during their Week 3 win against the Patriots, to the active roster.
