And it’s going to get much harder.
The Seahawks throttled the 49ers last Saturday, and come into this game having not left Seattle in three weeks, while the Rams have been criss-crossing the country to get to the championship game.
These two teams have played two close games this season, with the home team coming out on top in each.
But there’s too much going Seattle’s way this time around.
DENVER BRONCOS (+5.5) over New England Patriots
This line has moved a bit too much.
After being a slight, 1.5-point favorite on the lookahead line, the Broncos dropped all the way to a 5.5-point ‘dog — on their home field — after Bo Nix’s ankle injury.
Is the dropoff from Nix to Jarrett Stidham that large?

I’m betting no.
Even if the difference is bigger than I believe, the entire reason the Broncos are where they are is a near-league-best defense and one of the best home-field advantages in the NFL.
Look for Stidham to hold his own and the Broncos to keep this close, as they have done all season.
