Hunter Biden says it doesn’t matter that he ‘ghosted’ daughter, 7, with ex-stripper because he never agreed to be part of her life

Hunter Biden says it doesn’t matter that he has “ghosted” his 7-year-old daughter with ex-stripper Lunden Roberts because he never agreed to be a part of her life, according to a stone-hearted new legal filing. 

The 55-year-old former first son argued Tuesday in new court papers that the contentious Arkansas child support case for daughter Navy Joan Roberts shouldn’t be reopened after he and his baby mama settled in 2023.

But Roberts, 34, earlier this month said Hunter should be jailed for failing to uphold his end of the bargain, claiming he’s refusing to talk to Navy and not giving her pieces of his artwork before it dramatically plunged in value after his dad left office.

Roberts is also seeking an increase in child support payments from Hunter.

“Any failure to communicate with the Child is not punishable by contempt, as the Order does not order Defendant to communicate with the Child,” Biden’s lawyer, Brent Langdon, wrote in the documents.

Former President Joe Biden’s only living son has five children — three of whom he shares with ex-wife Kathleen Buhle and one he has with current wife Melissa Cohen.

Hunter said he never agreed to a date by which his paintings had to be turned over to Navy, the filing claims.

“Even if no paintings had been given to the Child to date, such would not violate the Order, because as long as thirty paintings are assigned to the Child by Defendant will have complied with the Order,” Langdon wrote.

Roberts and Hunter closed the case in June 2023 after Roberts agreed to drop her demand for Navy to take the Biden family name.

At the time Roberts also agreed to accept lower monthly support payments of $5,000 — down from $20,000.

The agreement laid out that Hunter, whose paintings commanded six-figure sums while Joe Biden was in office, would give his works to the young girl, or give her the proceeds from any of their sales.

Hunter has since complained that he can’t sell his work and that his paintings are now going for a fraction of their previous price. 

Roberts in the bombshell filing from Jan. 16 said a “classless” Hunter had “ghosted” his little girl — who had begun realizing she’s living a very different lifestyle from her half siblings

“It is axiomatic that no one can force Mr. Biden into being a good dad for MC1, but this court can make it so that MC1 has, at least, the same level of support as MC1’s younger half-brother,” Roberts’ lawyer wrote at the time, referring to Navy as MC1 — or minor child 1.

Since the start of their messy support case, Roberts and her lawyers have made claims “merely for the purpose of embarrassing [Hunter] and making a national spectacle of [Hunter’s] personal life,” Langdon blasted in the latest filing.

And any allegations about Navy’s emotional state, her relationship with her dad or the degree that they have bonded “are not relevant” as Roberts seeks to hold Hunter in contempt and get more money from him, Langdon wrote.

Roberts’ lawyer didn’t immediately return a request for comment Thursday.
