President Donald Trump’s approval rating among Hispanic voters has seen a significant increase, reaching a net positive of +8 according to the most recent Rasmussen Reports survey.
With 53% approval and 45% disapproval, this marks a notable shift of +28 points from the previous month, when the net disapproval stood at -20.
The Rasmussen report:
Daily Presidential Tracking Poll.
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 46% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Fifty-two (52%) disapprove.
The latest figures include 29% who Strongly Approve of the job Trump is doing and 44% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of – 15. (see trends)
This development comes amid firm government actions against dictators such as Nicolás Maduro, who was captured in a military operation that has strongly resonated within the Hispanic community.
According to the Rasmussen poll, conducted among registered voters on January 22, 2026, Hispanic support for Trump has grown substantially.
Sources like the tweet from Political Polls highlight that «Approve 53% (+8) Disapprove 45%», indicating a «28% shift» toward the positive.

This surge is directly attributed to the perception that Trump prioritizes security and freedom in Hispanic America, in stark contrast to the Democrats’ soft policies toward oppressive regimes.
Previously, we had reported in Gateway Hispanic when Trump’s approval among Hispanics reached 62% in May 2025, in a context of economic strengthening and migration control.
Now, with the recent capture of Maduro, polls indicate that nearly 70% of Hispanics approve of this operation.
In contrast, biased surveys such as the one from The Economist show 68% disapproval among Hispanics, but these ignore the real context and reflect the leftist bias of outlets like that one; however, Rasmussen data, more aligned with actual voters, debunk this desperate leftist narrative.
This rise solidifies Trump’s leadership, proving that concrete actions against socialism defeat the empty rhetoric of the left. With Hispanics prioritizing the economy, security, and family values, the Republican future strengthens.
