Los Angeles mayor wannabe Spencer Pratt trolled Karen Bass for her plummeting popularity — boasting that “64% of voters will be voting for Spencer Pratt.”
The former MTV reality villain reposted an unverified poll showing that 40% of Angelenos would “definitely vote for someone else” than re-elect Bass as mayor.
“Looks like 64% of voters will be voting for Spencer Pratt,” Pratt posted on X, with a ballot emoji.
The poll also found that just 36% totally approved of Bass’ job performance as mayor, while 61% disapproved.
The poll was commissioned by FM3, the same firm that polled in support of Bass in 2022, according to an X post.
On Wednesday, Pratt told “Fox and Friends” that he never had political ambitions but said he felt he had no choice but to run for mayor after he and wife Heidi Pratt lost their home in the Palisades Fire in January 2025, slamming the city’s leadership over the last year for “criminal negligence.”
“I never wanted to be mayor … but once you uncover everything I have, these people in charge should have resigned,” Pratt said.
Nearly two dozen other opponents have filed paperwork to run for mayor in the 2026 election against Bass, including former LAUSD superintendent Austin Beutner and Democrat socialist Rae Chen Huang.

Bass and Gov. Gavin Newsom have been torched for botching the handling of the rebuild efforts after the devastating wildfires.
The embattled mayor, who is in her first term, was 7,500 miles away in Ghana as the fires engulfed her city — sending residents fleeing for their lives — then later blamed others for not telling her she “shouldn’t have gone on the trip.”
