An illegal migrant from Mexico has been charged with sexually abusing multiple young children while he cut hair at a Texas barber shop — and even threatened one of the children with a gun if she told anyone about the abuse, according to authorities.
Jose Luis Briseno, 49, allegedly touched at least two young unnamed girls on at least three occasions on November while he was working and living in Montgomery County — outside Houston, according to the court documents.
One of the victims told cops that the alleged sicko had fondled her on three separate occasions in early November. The first alleged instance of the sexual abuse took place at the Porter Barber Shop in New Caney while she waited to have her hair cut.
When Briseno finished one cutting hair, he walked into the office where she was waiting and abused her, according to court documents. He then threatened to pull his gun on her family if she said anything, the documents said.
He then gave her $13 cash and told her to keep her mouth shut.
The child was again allegedly abused against by Briseno later that same day at a nearby home, where he was out back shooting cans with a BB gun.
He then allegedly told her “he would buy her a toy to not say a word.”
Briseno later bought a group of children toys at a nearby residence, before loading four kids into his car to take them to the store to buy batteries they needed to play with their gifts.
Instead, he drove the children to his home, where he asked his earlier victim to help him find batteries inside.
He then abused the girl a third time even though she repeatedly begged him not to, the court documents alleged.
Authorities say he even filmed the predatory attack on his phone.
In a separate instance, Briseno allegedly abused a second child who had been in his vehicle by also luring her into his home to search for money to buy batteries for toys.
He offered the child a “tour” of his home, saying she hadn’t yet seen it. He then sexually abused her before she said it “was enough,” and told him to stop, per the court documents.
Before Briseno fled to Louisiana after his alleged crimes, he stole thousands of dollars from his family’s business, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. He was later arrested and has since been extradited back to Texas, where he remains in local custody.
Briseno sneaked into the country illegally in 2004 and was convicted of crimes in 2014, when he was involved in a domestic assault in San Antonio, Homeland Security sources told The Post.
He was sentenced to 112 days and fined $500 before he was transferred Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) nearly a decade ago, sources said.
Briseno was later granted bond by an immigration judge, who let him back onto the streets, an ICE spokesperson told The Post.
