WASHINGTON — Miles McBride underwent tests on his left ankle because of lingering soreness, and the Knicks were awaiting the results Tuesday, The Post has learned, as the guard missed his fourth straight game.
McBride suffered a high sprain on that ankle on Dec. 7 and subsequently sat eight straight games.
He returned for 15 appearances — frequently flashing his 3-point shooting proficiency as a starter and sub — but recently started sitting with “left ankle injury management.”

Coach Mike Brown said last week that McBride was dealing with soreness but did not suffer a setback.
