The Yankees really are running it back.

Paul Goldschmidt and the Yankees are finalizing a one-year deal to bring him back to The Bronx, The Post’s Joel Sherman confirmed Friday night.

The Post’s Jon Heyman wrote Thursday that the Yankees remained interested in bringing back the right-handed-hitting first baseman but could face competition from the Padres.

However, the seven-time All-Star is coming back to New York after hitting .274./.328/.403 with 10 homers last season.

Goldschmidt struggled down the stretch with a .245 batting average in the second half, but he was a lefty masher all year with a .981 OPS against southpaws.
