Livvy Dunne celebrates officially graduating from LSU, teases next steps

Olivia “Livvy” Dunne walked at her college graduation and reveled in her achievement on social media.

The gymnastics superstar — and one of the highest-valued athletes in the NIL era — celebrated graduating from LSU on Thursday with an undergraduate degree in interdisciplinary studies.

Dunne, who shot to fame on social media and has made an estimated $9.5 million since NIL guidelines changed in 2021, is in her fifth and final year of eligibility for the LSU gymnastics team.

Dunne had received her undergraduate degree in the spring, The Post’s Jenna Lemoncelli reported in September.

On TikTok, Dunne also posted a celebratory video and added what are likely her next steps in the caption.

“Forever LSU…now time for grad school,” she wrote.

The 21-year-old won a national championship with the program in her senior year and only revealed over the summer that she would be coming back for one more season.

Dunne posted a series of photos to commemorate the occasion on her Instagram account, using the “Forever LSU” refrain.

The famed gymnast posed proudly with her diploma in a purple graduation cap and gown.

In another photo, Dunne was cheerfully smiling outside Tiger Stadium, and a third pic showed the moment that Dunne was handed her diploma onstage during the ceremony.

The LSU Gymnastics Instagram account also shared a message of congratulations for Dunne and fellow teammate Alyona Shchennikova, who also graduated this week.

Dunne posted on her ever-popular TikTok account too.

“Happy Graduation Day to these two,” the team account posted.

Dunne will compete with the Tigers gymnastics squad this season, and in an interview with The Post earlier this year, she said she was eying other ways to build her brand outside of gymnastics, which included her work with Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit issue.

“I feel like [Sports Illustrated] is something that can last beyond college,” Dunne said. “I think that’s important, creating a substantial brand that will last post-college. And [SI Swim] is one of those, I don’t even want to call it a partnership, because they’re like family to me. That’s been amazing.”
