The biggest surprise of St. John’s summer isn’t one of the seven transfers.
It isn’t any of the four holdovers.
It is Kelvin Odih, a four-star guard from Providence who committed to coach Rick Pitino’s program in late April.
A former West Virginia pledge, the 6-foot-4 Odih has been practicing with the first team, which has also included Zuby Ejiofor, Bryce Hopkins, Dillon Mitchell and Oziyah Sellers.
