Multiple Disneyland employees have been hospitalized after a hazmat incident at the Southern California theme park.

Officers from the Anaheim Police Department responded to an “unknown odor near Star Tours backstage,” around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday Sgt. Mark Sutter told KTLA.

The smell was caused by a reaction from building materials used by a contractor in an area of the theme park not accessible to guests a park official told TMZ.

Four workers experiencing shortness of breath and dizziness were hospitalized. No guests were hospitalized because of the incident.
