We can now meet the youths behind the great train robbery.

New NYPD footage shows for the first time the faces of the backpack-wearing teen troublemakers who cops say took an empty subway train on a joyride over the weekend.

The clear clip, released Wednesday night, shows the pack of six baby-faced suspects in the 10:20 p.m. Saturday escapade stepping off an R train at 36th Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.

Most are shown carrying bookbags, and one of them appears to be holding a professional camera slung around his neck.

Footage previously released by the NYPD showed the teens with their hoods pulled up on a darkened train car, with their faces difficult to make out.

Cops said on Thursday that the reckless crew began their late-night R train spin at 36th Street – rather than the storage yard at the Forest Hills-71 Avenue station in Queens, as police initially said.

Before getting their hands on the train’s controls, the hooligans had initially tried to cover the security camera lenses with black marker in a bid to shield their identities, according to cops.

They still recorded their escapade and later posted it on Instagram, police sources said.

The adrenaline junkies reached speeds of roughly 30 mph during the brazen ride, according to the sources.

At least part of their juvenile journey was taken on active train lines – though it was unclear how far they made it before ditching the train, sources said.

They then ran off on foot and were still on the loose Thursday.

The incident came months after two 17-year-olds were busted back in September for trying to take a subway train for a midnight joyride at the Briarwood station in Queens.

The two suspects were accused of boarding the train and operating it for a short distance before crashing, cops said at the time.
