He kept his eye on the balls!
A German soccer match was canceled when a player’s young child ran onto the field and bit the referee on the testicle, according to a wild report.
The minor-league teams, FC Taxi Duisburg II and SV Rot-Weiss Mülheim, were doing drills before the match Sunday when the tot went totally nuts, UK’s National World reported.
“While I was checking the FC Taxi players’ ID, a small child was doing warm-up exercises alongside the players. He came closer and closer to me, then suddenly — to my complete surprise — gave me a sharp bite in my left testicle,” the referee, Stefan Kahler, told the outlet.
The out-of-left-field chomping forced Kahler to call off the game because his privates hurt too much to officiate.

“I did not start the game, because of the pain I was in and the situation. It was the child of one of the FC Taxi players who was to blame,” he said.
The parent of the pint-sized poor sport wasn’t named in the report.
The Kreisliga C division match will be rescheduled for later in the season. It’s unclear whether Kahler has the you-know-whats to return as referee.
