A glamorous female prison warden has been busted for allegedly having a relationship with an inmate at a maximum-security prison dubbed the UK’s Guantánamo Bay.

Michelle Molver, 30, allegedly had a fling with lag Kemai Mathurine between Aug 1. and Sept. 5 last year while working as a prison employment lead at HMP Belmarsh – a London lockup that houses terrorists alongside murderers and rapists, the Sun reported.

Molver appeared in court Monday charged with misconduct in public office – an offense that carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment in the UK.

She only spoke to confirm her name, age and address at the hearing, with details about her alleged fling remaining under wraps. She will appear in court next month.

Molver’s role at Belmarsh involved helping inmates find work after their sentences.

“My role is to support prisoners into employment on release and ultimately to reduce their likelihood of reoffending,” she said in an online profile.

The maximum-security Category A prison has been likened to Guantánamo Bay over its controversial detention of foreign terror suspects.

In the early 2000s, inmates detained under anti-terror laws complained that it was akin to “mental torture,” Amnesty International said.

“Amnesty International concluded that those held at Belmarsh were suffering conditions that amounted to cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment , and that the conditions had led to a serious deterioration of their physical and mental health,” the human rights group said.

Kate Allen, the Amnesty International UK director between 2000 and 2021, accused the government at the time of creating “something close to a Guantanamo Bay in our own backyard.”

Former Belmarsh inmates include WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and Muslim extremist cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri.
