Kash Patel, Trump’s nominee to lead the FBI, has opened Pandora’s box: Merchan and his family are neck-deep in a mire of dirty money and conflicts of interest that would make any «rule of law» advocate blush.

In a recent interview, he announced that the FBI has issued a subpoena to Loren Merchan’s company—Judge Merchan’s daughter—to investigate whether she pocketed millions thanks to the judicial persecution of Trump. “I want to see the bank records because money doesn’t lie,” Patel said. “How much of the over $15 million that Authentic Campaigns, Merchan’s daughter’s company, earned came into the family after this sham conviction?”
The question is as explosive as it is obvious: Are we dealing with a judge bought by the left to lynch Trump?
But let’s back up. The Trump case in New York, where he was found guilty of 34 counts of «accounting fraud,» hinges on an alleged $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels to silence her in 2016.
The jury convicted him, but the irregularities are glaring.
Merchan, an acting judge of Colombian origin, didn’t just preside over this trial—he also oversaw the Trump Organization’s 2022 tax fraud case and Steve Bannon’s money laundering case.
Coincidence? Not according to «The Older Millennial.» In New York, these cases are supposed to be randomly assigned among a pool of 24 judges. Merchan isn’t on that list. He’s an «acting» judge, not a permanent one. So how the hell did he end up with all three Trump-related cases?
The answer is as clear as dirty water: It wasn’t random—it was a political finger-pointing. They note that Merchan’s daughter, Loren, is president of Authentic Campaigns, a firm that has raised over $93 million for Democrats like Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, using Trump’s trial as bait in their fundraising campaigns.
$93 million! While Daddy Merchan banged the gavel against Trump, his little girl was stuffing her pockets with progressive cash. Conflict of interest? No, folks, this is a daylight robbery.
And there’s more. Merchan himself donated small sums in 2020 to Biden and «Stop Republicans,» violating New York’s ethical rules that bar judges from funding political causes.
Though the Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics excused it as «trivial,» the stench of bias is undeniable. This man doesn’t just have an agenda—his family lives off it.
Patel is clear: We need to investigate whether there were violations of campaign finance laws (FEC) by the judge and his clan.

This isn’t a trial—it’s a cheap telenovela scripted by the radical left. Merchan isn’t a judge; he’s a puppet of Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan DA who vowed to «get Trump» since his campaign.
Bragg and Merchan are the dynamic duo of lawfare, the judicial warfare the left uses to crush its enemies when the ballot box isn’t enough.
And what does the Department of Justice do? Look at the ceiling and whistle while «justice» becomes a political weapon.
Trump said it plain as day on Truth Social: “Merchan is a radical partisan” executing an “illegitimate political attack.”
And he’s right. The judge expanded a gag order on Trump to shield his family from criticism but won’t recuse himself despite evidence of his bias.
Why? Because the left doesn’t play fair. They need Trump out of the way, and Merchan is their perfect hitman.
The icing on the cake is the progressive media narrative. The BBC insists the case is «on hold» due to technicalities but doesn’t mention the elephant in the room: the structural corruption propping it up.
Meanwhile, Trump’s victory in November 2024 has them clutching their heads, knowing Patel’s FBI won’t give them a break.
Part III: The final ridicule.
So what’s left? A judge who isn’t a judge, a daughter made a millionaire thanks to Daddy, and a left crying «democracy» while stabbing the Constitution in the back. Merchan belongs on a reality show, not a courtroom. «The Corrupt Judge and His Progressive Princess» would be a Netflix hit, with Loren counting cash and Daddy signing Trump’s sentences with one hand while waving to Biden with the other.
The left is naked, folks. This circus isn’t justice—it’s the revenge of losers who can’t stand that Trump’s still standing.
Let Patel make them sweat with his subpoenas, let the FBI gut this farce, and let the progressives keep squealing while the American people have the last laugh.
Because, in the end, the truth can’t be buried with gavels or millions.
