The only thing she tossed was a punch.
A bride in Poland was hauled off to jail in her wedding gown after allegedly attacking her mother during a booze-fueled argument at her reception, according to police.
The unidentified 42-year-old newlywed was arrested on May 8 after a heated verbal spat with her mother turned violent during her wedding reception in an apartment in Suwalki, about 18 miles southwest of the Lithuanian border, local authorities said Tuesday.

The fuming bride clocked her mom multiple times before knocking her to the floor, cops said, adding the “aggressive” woman “posed a direct threat” to the battered parent.
It’s unclear what sparked the brawl.
The mom was treated for her injuries.

A police surveillance image shows the bride wearing a coat over her wedding dress with her hands cuffed behind her back while being escorted by an officer.
A sobriety test found the irate suspect had a blood alcohol level of 0.15% or 1.5 per mille – nearly eight times the legal limit in Poland, police said.
The plastered bride was hit with a restraining order, barring her from contacting her mother for the next two weeks.
The investigation is ongoing.
