The World Health Organization (W.H.O.), in conjunction with the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC), launched a campaign this month to raise $518 million to aid in the containment of the ongoing Ebola outbreak in Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Uganda.
