Erling Haaland’s girlfriend, Isabel Haugseng Johansen, was feeling confident in her PSA before the striker scored two goals to propel Norway to a 4-1 victory over Iraq at Boston Stadium on Tuesday.
“I have a really good feeling and I just can’t wait for the kickoff, for the match to start,” Johansen, who is a Bryne, Norway native, said in an Instagram Story video, adding that she was “super excited” for the Group I battle.
“I’m wearing the home jersey today and my white miniskirt. So I’ll see you there, and let’s cross everything we have and cheer our hearts today for Norway.”
Johansen, who is a model and a former soccer player, appeared to be on a plane to Boston in the clip.
She also shared an photo of Haaland, a 25-year-old striker for Manchester City in the Premier League, being named the “Superior Man of the Match” by Michelob Ultra on the scoreboard in Foxborough, Mass.
Haaland and Johansen met while in youth soccer at Bryne FK, and began dating in 2021.
The pair welcomed their son in December 2024.
Haaland was brilliant in his FIFA World Cup debut in Norway’s opening match of the 2026 tournament.
Norway faces Senegal in their next Group I match on Monday at New York/New Jersey Stadium.
