A San Diego police car hit and killed a University of San Diego student near campus early Wednesday.
The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. on Linda Vista Road near Goshen Street.

The cop stopped to investigate upon feeling an impact, and identified a man in his early 20s, according to the San Diego Police Department.
