Republican Senators are refusing to come together to pass the SAVE America Act even though more than 70% of Americans back the voter ID bill.
RINO Senator Cornyn and others piled on Mike Lee on Wednesday during a closed-door meeting over the SAVE America Act.
Cornyn and Mike Lee have been arguing over the SAVE America Act for a while now.
Recall that over the weekend, Senator Mike Lee hit back after Cornyn pushed back and said there weren’t enough votes to pass the SAVE America Act.
On Saturday, John Cornyn said the SAVE America Act is dead.

Senator Mike Lee hit back at Cornyn:
It could happen if we put the SAVE America Act on the floor with strong resolve to continue debating it until it passes.

On Wednesday, Cornyn, Kennedy and others ganged up on Mike Lee during a lunch meeting.

President Trump has repeatedly called on the Senate to pass the SAVE America Act.
“Requirement for Voter I.D. to vote should be something that NO American should oppose. If you want to register to vote in the United States, you have to be a citizen in the United States,” the White House previously said in a statement.
The White House previously touted a poll that showed more than 70% of Americans support the SAVE America Act.
