In Game 1, Los Angeles shot just 39.8 percent from the field overall, mustering 95 points through 16 free-throw attempts and fifteen 3-pointers.
While they got the win in Game 2, they were arguably even worse on the offensive end, shooting 45.3 percent overall but just 20.7 from deep.
The Lakers held off a comeback from the Wolves in that game by going 20-for-20 on their free throw attempts — something they shouldn’t rely on night-to-night in a physical series like this.
They now head to Minnesota, where the whistle may not be as friendly to the Lakers.
