49ers owner Jed York’s humiliating bodycam arrest footage: His stunned reaction, a wedding ring and his bizarre excuse

San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York was stunned as police descended on his rental vehicle when he tried to meet up with a $160 prostitute in an Ohio trailer park — while still wearing his wedding ring — bodycam footage obtained by the California Post shows.

York, dressed in a Yankees T-shirt, basketball shorts and tennis shoes, is pulled over in his rental Volkswagen SUV by officers and quickly taken into custody without issue.

As he’s placed in handcuffs and patted down, York repeatedly asks officers:”Can I ask what you’re doing?”

Officers then ask York if he’s there to meet anyone, to which York replies no, before adding that he’s “just driving.”

Once York is loaded into the police cruiser, officers search his vehicle, discovering several hundred dollars worth of cash in $20 bills.

At one point, an officer remarks, “He’s got a s—t ton of cash.”

“It’s crazy the people that do this,” another officer added. “They could do whatever they want. They could do other things. They could go other ways. It’s wild.”

Here’s the latest on Jed York’s arrest:

York also allegedly claimed to have worked in real estate during his exchange with police, as one officer detailed the information to another.

One of the cops later discovered two of York’s phones in his center console and when a test text was sent to York from the number listed on the undercover ad that led him to the trailer park, one of the phones lit up.

York was at the mobile park home because he had agreed to shell out $160 to a woman for sex after reaching out to her through the undercover ad on a website known for prostitution, according to a Mahoning Valley Law Enforcement Task Force incident report.

York used the alias “Joe” while communicating with her and had planned to be with her for an hour at the meeting location, the report stated.

York was charged with two misdemeanors after he was taken into custody; one count of engaging in prostitution and one count of possessing criminal tools.

However, on Monday, York reached a deal with prosecutors to close out the case.

York pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct as well as one count of possessing criminal tools. He was sentenced to one day in jail, but he was given credit for time served.

He was also ordered to pay $1,150 in fines.

York just recently relocated to Ohio, with voter registration records showing he moved to his parents’ $500,000 home in Youngstown right before he filed for divorce from his wife, Danielle Belluomini.

York, who shares two sons with Belluomini, submitted his petition for divorce on May 11, citing irreconcilable differences, court records show.

York has not yet publicly addressed the arrest. The 49ers said in a statement on Monday they would not be commenting on the case as it’s a legal matter that’s been disposed.

The NFL, though, said it’s reviewing the incident through it’s personal conduct policy.

York, 45, was named CEO of the 49ers in 2008 and became the franchise’s principal owner in 2024.
