Celeste Rivas’ family hits D4vd and his entourage with wrongful death suit

The family of Celeste Rivas Hernandez has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the singer D4vd as he stands trial for her alleged murder.

The suit, first reported by TMZ, comes one year after Celeste’s dismembered remains were discovered in the trunk of D4vd’s Tesla.

Rivas’ family is also suing D4vd’s manager, the musician’s mother and his live-in security guard.

The Riva family exclusively told The California Post that they support the death penalty as punishment for the singer if he is convicted, calling him a person “without conscience.”

D4vd — real name is David Anthony Burke — has pled not guilty to charges of murdering the 14-year-old, along with lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 and mutilating a body.
