A judge has granted “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Annemarie Wiley a three-year domestic violence restraining order against her ex, former NFL player Marcellus Wiley.

Court records viewed by the California Post show the Los Angeles County official made the ruling on Wednesday, stating that following days of arguments from both sides, Annemarie “has met the burden of proof by preponderance of the evidence.”

Annemarie applied for the restraining order on July 6, just a couple days after Marcellus was arrested in Florida for allegedly poking her in the cheek and threatening to kill her during a hotel room dispute.

Annemarie, who concurrently filed for divorce from Marcellus, claimed in her petition that the ex-Chargers pass rusher terrorized her throughout their years of marriage.

“Marcellus has subjected me to a continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control, and intimidation, much of which our children have witnessed,” she wrote in the filing.

Marcellus vehemently denied the allegations, calling them “lies” in a scathing statement.

A temporary restraining order was initially granted, and over the last few days, Annemarie made arguments to a judge about why it should be a more permanent one.

Court records show both Annemarie and Marcellus appeared in court multiple times this week to state their cases. On Wednesday, a judge ruled Annemarie’s “request for Domestic Violence Restraining Order is granted for period of three (3) years, to expire on: September 9, 2029 at midnight.”

The couple’s minor children are included in the protective order, the judge added, noting in a minutes order that Annemarie has now been given “sole legal and sole physical custody of the” kids.

A step-by-step visitation plan for Marcellus was then spelled out in the judge’s order.

“I’m grateful for the court’s decision and welcome the opportunity for our family to finally begin healing after an incredibly difficult and trying time,” Wiley said of the ruling in a statement to The Post on Thursday. “From the beginning, my fight has been about being present in my children’s lives, loving them, supporting them, and being their father every day.

“I’m thankful I get to return to that role. Annemarie deserves the space to protect her peace, our children deserve the love and presence of both parents, and our family deserves the opportunity to move forward without conflict defining us. My hope now is simple: healing, peace, and getting our family back to a place where love leads the way.”
