Ahead of the rally, Trump highlighted Republicans’ rising poll numbers since his last rally in Dayton, Ohio, on October 3.
“Look what happened in Ohio since my last Rally, and I have another one today. It’s The Golden Age of America!” Trump wrote, sharing a graphic showing a sharp rise in polling for incumbent Senator Jon Husted from September 24 to October 7.
Also, while departing the White House, Trump told reporters his rallies have had a “massive impact” on the midterms. “You see the numbers go up every time I have a rally,” he said while highlighting the massive crowds lining up to see him speak.
“I think we’re going to do well,” he said when asked if Republicans will keep the House majority. “Sitting presidents seem not to do well in midterms; it’s, I think, two out of 25, but we’ve had a great Presidency,” he added, pointing to the stock market, 401(k)s, and oil prices, which he said will “drop like a rock.”
“We’re going to win, and we’re going to win big, and we’re going to shove it up their ass,” Trump told the crowd in Dayton earlier this month.

Trump also commented on the “Big Crowd” that had already formed earlier, calling it a “tremendous Response to Radical Left Socialists, Communists, and Lunatics trying to take over our Country.”
Right Side Broadcasting Network shared footage of the massive line hours before Trump was scheduled to speak.

Trump is scheduled to deliver remarks at 7 pm ET.
