Real Housewives superstar Carole Radziwill has a dark side to her glamorous public image — as she admits she is proudly one of the Big Apple’s biggest parking scammers.

The Kennedy cousin openly bragged on her reality TV show’s new season about using ConEd cones to deceptively save parking spots — but still managed to rack up nearly $8,000 in traffic violations in recent years, records show.

The Post confirmed her conniving ways when we caught her car parked near her ritzy SoHo apartment this week sporting on its dashboard an expired FDNY union placard — exclusively reserved for firefighters.

The interior of the car itself was empty, except for two bright orange ConEd traffic cones — one of which she whipped out for the Bravo TV cameras when she visited fellow cast member Daisy Toye’s childhood Brooklyn home for a Seder meal.

“The cone, yes. The cone. The cone is a cop family hack,” Radziwill said in her Bravo confessional.

“If I’m parked illegally or slightly too close to a hydrant, they will keep on walking,” she continued with a laugh.

How Radziwill — whose current drama on the show centers on her name’s inclusion in the Epstein files — secured the cones or the placard is unclear.

ConEd would not say whether they permitted the Housewife to use the cones, but said they are strictly used to “protect our crews and the public while critical work is underway.”

“Unauthorized use can create unsafe conditions and interfere with our ability to do our jobs safely,” the spokesperson said, asking witnesses to report any equipment abuse to 1-800-75-CONED.

The certificates are handed out annually, but Radziwill’s, which expired in February, displayed the name of a former FDNY’s Uniformed Fire Officers Association president who has not been in office since 2023.

Bravo reps for Radziwill also did not return numerous requests for comment and calls to a number listed for the star went unanswered.

Radziwill — who married the late Anthony Radziwill, nephew of President John F. Kennedy — has racked up 83 traffic violations over the past four years, most of which are listed for “parking.”

She was dinged 17 times for failing to move her car for street sweeping — despite bragging on the show about faithfully participating in the “New York ritual” that is clearing the road for her block’s twice-weekly Sanitation cleaning.

“This is where I am every Tuesday and Friday from 9 to 10:30 a.m.,” Radziwill said in the scene.

“Real New Yorkers, they drive and know the ritual. And the ritual is called alternate sides,” she continued from the front seat of her car, which only has some 114,000 miles despite being 28 years old.

The Department of Sanitation said it appreciates the times Radziwill has moved her car but wishes the practice was honored more routinely — saying some 500,000 cars fail to move every week.

“These car owners who disregard the law make a real impact on the look and feel of our streets. DSNY street sweepers can pick up 1,500 pounds of litter, but only when car owners follow alternate-side parking rules,” a spokesperson told The Post, adding they would “love to work with Ms. Radziwill” on passing automated ASP enforcement legislation.

“If she is a fan of clean neighborhoods, we would welcome her advocacy on this issue so that we could better deliver the clean streets all New Yorkers deserve.”

In total, Radziwill has been fined a jaw-dropping $7,587.79 since October 2020, a tab she has, to her credit, completely settled.

A 24-hour pass at a nearby garage costs $800 monthly.

Radziwill has repeatedly advertised herself as a regular Joe on the television show, which she recently rejoined after an eight-year sabbatical.

Her true net worth is unknown, but she rakes in at least $93,000 annually through her Substack, another $150,000 for RHONY, assuming Bravo kept her at her 2014 salary, and recently revealed she is sitting on $700,000 in investments left behind by her late husband.

That’s not counting profits from other ventures, as well as being a member of the Bouvier, Radziwill and Kennedy families.

She has recently come under fire for being mentioned in the Epstein files and for being associated with the pervert’s madam, Ghislaine Maxwell.

The jailed trafficker famously took Radziwill’s author photo for her 2005 memoir “What Remains: A Memoir of Fate, Friendship and Love,” which chronicled the deaths of her husband, his cousin JFK Jr. and the Kennedy scion’s wife, Carolyn Bessette, in the same year.
