Simone Biles broke down in tears as she said goodbye to her Texas home, where she had spent six years with her NFL star husband Jonathan Owens.

The Olympic gold medalist, 29, revealed Tuesday that the couple’s 3,998-square-foot property, in a gated community near Spring, Texas, sold after the home was on the market for four days.

“Why the f–k am I boohoo crying? F–k,” Biles said through tears in a video posted to TikTok, capturing the real estate journey. “This house will be on the market for the first time and I don’t know why I’m boohoo crying. I was here for six years, and I feel like there were just so many good memories, so many bad memories.

“But I feel like I grew up in this house. It’s made me a real adult, so I’m gonna miss it. Ugh, I didn’t think I’d be emotional about a house,” she added.

Biles panned around the empty rooms and showed off the backyard before sharing a heartfelt message for whoever moves in next.

“Whoever buys this house, I hope it brings you as much joy as it did for me,” she said.

Biles was surprised that the home, which she and Owens moved into together in 2020, sold within days of its listing.

“I was so excited to put in air fresheners for the potential buyers & showing Jonathan the last look,” Biles captioned the video. “I just cried instead… anyone else?”

The property was listed for $1.275 million and sold for somewhere between $1.08 million and $1.24 million, according to the Houston Association of Realtors, which does not disclose exact sale prices.

The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sits on just over an acre and features a heated backyard swimming pool, a sauna, a dog-washing station and a custom wine wall with a fridge.

The home also boasts a waterfall island kitchen with quartz countertops, a hidden pantry, a spa-inspired primary bathroom and an oversized three-car garage.

The property went under contract Sept. 26, four days after the listing went live, and closed Oct. 15, the Houston Business Journal reported.

Biles also clarified in the comments that the property was not the couple’s newly built mansion, which is also located in Spring, Texas.

The Olympian announced in November 2025 that their custom home was complete after a design process that began in 2020 and took more than a year, followed by a wait for homeowners association approval before construction began in February 2022.

The home was finally completed Nov. 11, 2025, after nearly three years of construction.

Biles and Owens married in April 2023 after meeting on the dating app Raya in March 2020, while Owens was a member of the Houston Texans. They got engaged in February 2022.

The couple also owns a home in Chicago, Illinois, while Owens now plays for the Indianapolis Colts during the NFL season.

Last month, Biles revealed that her Porsche was stolen during a terrifying break-in at her Chicago home.
