WASHINGTON — The FBI has arrested an Oklahoma resident for allegedly mailing more than 100 envelopes filled with white powder ahead of Election Day.
Robin Patrick Martin, who allegedly sent similar faux-anthrax mailings during the 2024 election, is expected to make an initial court appearance Tuesday afternoon.
A federal source told The Post that DNA was used to nab the elusive perp.

“The guy did it in 2024 as well and the Biden administration couldn’t find him,” the source said. “They weren’t hot on safeguarding elections and officials back then.”
The powders mimicked the 2001 anthrax attacks that targeted senior politicians, killing five people.
Martin, however, allegedly mailed flour and yeast, causing panic but no fatalities, according to an FBI court filing.
His targets allegedly included congressional and election offices and his precise motive remains unclear.
