Republican Anthony Constantino, who declared victory late Tuesday in the race to succeed Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), went off on state GOP on social media early Wednesday.
“NY-21 Republican Chairs are objectively a group of scammers. They all opposed me during the primary and behind the scenes during the General Election. I won despite them while [Democrat] Blake [Gendebien] was propped up by Evil Media and the Democrat Machine,” Constantino seethed.
“In NYS, the Republican Party is mostly a Con Job that helps Democrats win. Even [gubernatorial nominee] Bruce Blakeman was in on the con. He just wandered around like a headless chicken going from stupid dinner, to stupid dinner and charming the ‘party’ while ignoring the people. I am with the people and insist we rebuild the Party. Fire [NY GOP Chairman] Ed Cox!”

In other tweets, Constantino called state Senate Minority Leader Jim Tedisco a “racist asshole” who “lost because he is racist and stupid,” and called Assemblyman Matt Simpson a “sloppy racist loser and weak RINO.”
The NY-21 race had yet to be called by the Associated Press Wednesday morning and Gendebien had not conceded the race.
