An off-duty NYPD detective was arrested for alleged drunken driving, authorities said.
Christina McKeever was pulled over by cops around 11:30 pm near the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge Friday, not far from the NYPD’s headquarters at One Police Plaza.
McKeever, 30, refused to take a breathalyzer test, said police, who said they had no details on what prompted officers to stop the detective’s car.
She was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired with alcohol and refusal to take a breath test.
The accused detective was awaiting arraignment in Manhattan criminal court Saturday afternoon, according to a clerk.
