It was a tough day to be WWE superstar Seth Rollins.
Not only did his Bears fall to the Colts 21-16, but he got dumped onto the field by former Colts receiver T.Y. Hilton in a viral moment during the Sunday afternoon game.
The playful exchange was shown on the video board at Lucas Oil Stadium as Rollins went toppling over the railing that separated a suite from the field.
The wrestler was wearing a Bears jersey and had an exaggerated look of shock and frustration on his face before a security guard came over and escorted him away.
Hilton was in the background with a massive smile on his face and, at one point pointing toward the exit as Rollins was taken off the field.
Rollins, a big Bears fan, later posted to social media: “I. Hate. Football”, as he does after Chicago losses.
Rollins has not been seen in WWE since July as he was written off television to recover from lingering injuries.
Hilton played 11 seasons in the NFL — 10 of which were spent in Indianapolis — and last played in 2022 for the Cowboys.
During his professional career, Hilton had 638 receptions for 9,812 yards and 53 touchdown catches.
He collected 631 of those catches — and all of those touchdowns — while with the Colts.
Earlier this year, Hilton’s son, Eugene Hilton, committed to the University of Wisconsin.
The Colts’ win moved them to 1-2 on the season.
Jonathan Taylor scored two rushing touchdowns in the win, while Trey Sermon had the Colts’ other rushing TD.
Anthony Richardson threw for 167 yards and two interceptions.
No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams threw for 363 yards and two touchdowns and two interceptions in the losing effort for the Bears.
