Two more in Mayor Eric Adams’ inner circle are expected to be named among others in a historic indictment set to be unsealed Thursday morning, The Post has learned.

Brianna Suggs, the key fundraiser during Adams’ 2021 mayoral campaign, and Winnie Greco, his director of Asian affairs, are expected to be named in the indictment.

It was unclear whether Suggs and Greco would be charged or just named.

At least three others are also expected to be charged, though The Post could not immediately confirm their identities.

The raid of Suggs’ house in November 2023 became the first public revelation of a federal probe into Adams’ campaign.

Suggs, a Brooklyn College graduate, had close ties to the mayor’s inner circle and had been touted as a key campaign consultant and fundraiser for Adams during his race for mayor.

She was brought on as an intern at Brooklyn Borough Hall in 2017 when Adams was borough president and Ingrid Lewis-Martin was his deputy.

She was elevated to the post of special liaison the following year and worked on women’s health for the next three years, according to her LinkedIn.

The young political consultant then moved on to Adams’ 2021 mayoral campaign, where she boasted of raising $18.4 million.

Brianna Suggs

Brianna Suggs, the key fundraiser during Adams’ 2021 campaign for mayor, is expected to be named in the indictment.

His campaign spent a total of $18.5 million, according to campaign records.

She made more than $150,000 from the 2021 mayoral campaign and Adams’ 2025 re-election campaign, records show.

Suggs was issued a subpoena to testify in front of a federal grand jury after the FBI combed through her Crown Heights home and were spotted leaving the premises with boxes.

Follow the latest on the FBI raids of Adams administration officials:

Adams had been in Washington, DC, at the time of the raid but hurried back to New York upon hearing the news.

At the time he said he would “fully participate” in any campaign probe — a stance he’s stood by through widening federal probes into his administration.

But it didn’t stop at Suggs. Just four months later, the FBI raided the home of Greco, a top aide to Hizzoner.

She was already under probe by the city Department of Investigation over allegations she improperly used her City Hall position to get perks.

She allegedly promised a campaign volunteer a job in the Adams administration if they worked on renovating her kitchen in early 2022.

It has been alleged she also reached out to prominent Chinese business execs to make $10,000 donations to attend a Chinese-focused event held at Gracie Mansion, where the mayor lives.

Adams and Greco have also been affiliated since his time as Brooklyn borough president when she worked as a volunteer fundraiser and Chinese community liaison.

Neither Greco nor Suggs nor their attorneys could be reached for comment.

Adams is expected to surrender to authorities, next week, sources said.

“I always knew that if I stood my ground for New Yorkers that I would be a target — and a target I became,” Adams said in a statement to The Post.

“I will request an immediate trial so that New Yorkers can hear the truth. New Yorkers know my story. They know where I come from. I have been fighting injustice my entire life,” he added.

“That fight has continued as your mayor. … when the federal government did nothing as its broken immigration policies overloaded our shelter system with no relief, I put the people of New York before party and politics.”

A rep for the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, which is prosecuting the case, declined to comment.
