A Connecticut Sun fan apparently crossed the line with Caitlin Clark.
Clark, the unanimous WNBA Rookie of the Year and box office maven on the Fever, reported a fan at Mohegan Sun Arena to officials during the first quarter of Game 2 against the Sun on Wednesday night.
Security approached the fan and brought him aside for a chat.
After the fan chatted with security, he returned to his seat near courtside, Indiana sports reporter Scott Agness wrote on X.
Moments later, Sun veteran DeWanna Bonner had words with Clark.
It was the second time the two players had gotten in each other’s faces during the game.
A frustrated Clark shoved Bonner after the rookie landed on the Sun star’s feet while coming down on a jump shot and no foul was called.
The Sun lead the Fever 1-0 in the best-of-three first-round series.
