New details about Florida cheerleader Anna Kepner’s troubled family life have been revealed, as her 16-year-old stepbrother was labeled a “suspect” in her killing, according to court filings.
Kepner’s stepmother Shauntel Hudson accused her ex-husband Thomas of domestic and physical abuse against their two youngest children — including the boy who is now being questioned by the FBI in Kepner’s death, according to an emergency motion filed in court on Monday and seen by The Post.

The stepbrother remains in the care of one of his mother’s relatives as the investigation into the teen’s death on board a Carnival Cruise ship continues, according to the legal filings in a Brevard County family court.
The allegations came to light after Kepner’s stepmother went to court to try to postpone a hearing scheduled for December to address custody issues with her ex-husband.

Shauntel Hudson and two of her children went on a Carnival Caribbean cruise earlier this month, along with her new husband Jeffrey Kepner and Anna.
Anna was reportedly found dead in her room, wrapped in a blanket and covered in life jackets early in the six-day cruise, forcing her to turn around.
No charges have yet been filed in the case, and no cause of death has been released for Kepner.
