The rented Hollywood Hills mansion D4vd once called home — when the body of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez was found in the trunk of his Tesla — is getting prepped to go back on the market, The Post has learned.
The four-bedroom, four-bath, 4,315-square-foot pad will soon be available to rent for $20,000 a month, according to real estate agent Alex Micic.
The outside of the mansion recently got a facelift with a fresh coat of green trim, and property photos will be updated as other renovations are done.
“Right now it is a work in progress,” Micic said. “The property is not on the market, but it will be put back on the market.”
The singer’s Tesla, which was ticketed about two weeks before the discovery of Rivas Hernandez’s body, was parked less than half a mile from the rental property in the Bird Streets area. Workers at a local tow yard noticed a foul smell coming from the vehicle and alerted officials in early September.
D4vd is being eyed as a suspect in the death of Rivas Hernandez, according to TMZ, though no arrests have been made.
Police are investigating how long the vehicle sat on the street before it was towed to Hollywood Tow. The teen, who had a history of running away, was found dismembered and wrapped in plastic by the Los Angeles Police Department.
The cops raided the property and seized “several items of evidence” on Sept. 17, the LAPD said.
“It’s out of sorts for the area but it happens everywhere and it makes me sad,” a neighbor said.
“I hope there is justice for her,” she added. She said she had not seen unusual activity at the home.
The extent of D4vd’s relationship with Rivas Hernandez is not yet publicly known — but the two spent significant time together, with the teen appearing at events and in multiple photos with the singer.
Homeowner Malden Trifunovic hired a trash crew to haul away heaps of clothes and boxes left behind at the home last month. Someone stopped by the property a week earlier to collect the rest of D4vd’s belongings.
The performer routinely posted content from the rental property to his TikTok page, where he boasts 3.9 million followers. In one video, D4vd can be seen sitting on the kitchen island of the home with a caption that says, “Valentines Day is 4 days away and you STILL don’t have a Valentine.”
The “Romantic Homicide” singer, whose real name is David Austen Burke, 20, was on a world tour when Rivas Hernandez’s body was discovered. He was slated to perform in Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles, but those shows were nixed as the investigation into the teen’s death ramped up.
The Los Angeles medical examiner completed an examination of Rivas Hernandez’s body, but a cause of death has not been determined.
“The deputy medical examiner is requesting additional testing and/or studies in order to make a determination,” the ME said.
D4vd has reportedly stopped cooperating with detectives since the investigation began. Police believe whoever put the teen’s body in the singer’s car may have had help — including when it came to hiding the remains and dismembering the body.
