San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York filed for divorce from his wife, Danielle Belluomini, just months before he was arrested for allegedly shelling out $140 in hopes of landing a prostitute, according to court records.

York submitted his divorce filing in Santa Clara County on May 11. The couple’s two minor children, both boys, were listed as additional parties in the case.

The matter has not yet been resolved, according to the records observed by the California Post.

A copy of York’s petition, obtained by The Post on Monday afternoon, showed York asked for the separation from Belluomini over “irreconcilable differences.” He listed the date of their marriage as June 24, 2011 and their date of separation as “TBD.”

York was arrested on Sunday morning at 9:35 a.m. in Ohio after authorities alleged in court documents he “arranged to have sexual activity” with a woman “in exchange for $140.”

Police claim York was arrested “at the meeting location” — an East Palestine trailer park — after he was “found to have in his possession his cellular device which was used to arrange the criminal act.”

York was initially charged with one count of engaging in prostitution and one count of possessing criminal tools.

On Monday, however, he pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct as well as no contest to one count of possessing criminal tools.

York was sentenced to one day in jail, but he was given credit for time served. He was also ordered to pay $1,150 in fines.

“As this is a legal matter, which has been resolved, we will not be providing any further comment at this time,” the Niners said of York’s arrest in a statement on Monday.

A spokesperson for the NFL added: “We are aware of the matter which will be reviewed under the personal conduct policy.”
