‘American Idol’ alum Caleb Flynn gives dead-eyed glare in new prison mugshot after murder conviction

“American Idol” alum and ex-church pastor Caleb Flynn showed off a hollow-eyed glare and an ever-growing forehead in his new prison mugshot after being found guilty for the cold-blooded murder of

his wife and mother of his daughters.

The new pic — which has the 40-year-old Flynn rocking a blue prison jumpsuit over a white tee — offers a glimpse of the killer dad’s new life after he was sentenced to life in prison without parole earlier this week.

The expression is a big change from Flynn’s blubbering in court this week after a judge threw the book at him for executing his wife Ashley, 37, and staging the scene to look like a break-in at their Tipp City home on Feb. 16.

It was all so he could start a new life with a much younger mistress —church intern Alleigha Botner, who was just 21 when they met, prosecutors claimed.

His young daughters even excoriated him at the sentencing.

“I don’t plan on coming to see you,” his 12-year-old daughter Alyssa said in a courtroom statement, as his 10-year-old, Ava, blasted him for the “big time” sin.

“Mommy was the perfect person, the absolutely perfect person,” Ava, 10, said, according to a statement read in court by the girls’ uncle, Matthew Keyt.

“What did she ever do to make you hate her so much? … She was my best friend and then you chose to kill the only mother I ever had.”

Flynn told the court he “failed” his wedding vows and apologized to his daughters for the “betrayal, confusion, anger and so much more” he put them through.

However, he still claimed he did not kill her and refused to take responsibility for her death.
