Austin mass shooter Ndiaga Diagne once plowed into woman in NYC while driving recklessly, disabling her for life: lawsuit

Austin mass shooter Ndiaga Diagne once mowed down a pedestrian in Brooklyn while driving recklessly, disabling her for life, according to a lawsuit.

The suit, filed May 25, 2017, in The Bronx, where Diagne lived at the time, alleges the wannabe jihadist was driving a company car on Flatbush Avenue on Jan. 30, 2016, when his vehicle “made contact” with pedestrian Jennifer Antoine, seriously injuring her.

The suit alleges that both Diagne and the company that owned the car, Hurricane Management Corp, were “negligent, careless, reckless, grossly negligent in the ownership, operation, management, maintenance, repair, inspection and control” of the vehicle involved in the incident.

“Jennifer Antoine sustained severe and permanent personal injuries, became sick, sore, lame and disabled; suffered injuries to her nervous system; suffered mental anguish, was confined to hospital, bed and home and may, in the future, be so confined,” the suit obtained by The Post alleges.

She was “incapacitated from attending to her usual duties and vocation” and may “suffer a loss and/or limitation of quality and enjoyment of life,” the suit added.

The legal document didn’t specify the dollar figure being sought at the time but said the “plaintiff is only seeking to recover those damages not recoverable through no-fault insurance under the facts and circumstances in this action.”

The resolution of the case was not immediately known.
