UFC middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis vs. Khamzat Chimaev, which will anchor Saturday’s UFC 319 event in Chicago, is one of the year’s most hotly anticipated fights.

Want to watch? First, you’ll need an ESPN+ subscription — at $11.99 per month — just to be eligible to purchase the pay-per-view event — for $79.99. That’s $91.98, before taxes, to spare you the calculation.

It’s not been remotely cheap to be a dedicated UFC fan the past six years — at least not for those who stream the sport through legitimate means.

But with Monday’s bombshell news that the UFC broadcast rights will shift to Paramount and CBS beginning next year for $7.7 billion over the next seven years, your dollar is about to go a heckuva lot further.
