There are a couple of players at every NFL Draft who can turn the whole thing upside down.

There are a few candidates to do that this year, including Shedeur Sanders, but the other player who could blow up every mock draft is Ashton Jeanty, the 41-touchdown man out of Boise State.

Jeanty has a couple of teams that are quite keen on drafting him, but most of them would need to trade up to do so, which makes predicting where he eventually lands quite difficult.

But one of those teams has seemingly stepped forward, causing the odds to shift dramatically on Draft Day.

The Chicago Bears, who own the No. 10 pick, are now the favorites to land Jeanty at BetMGM Sportsbook, ahead of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Jaguars were the favorite Thursday morning, but there’s enough momentum surrounding the idea that the Bears will trade up to get Jeanty that oddsmakers were quick to slash the price on Chicago to land the talismanic running back just after lunchtime Thursday.

While it’s possible Jeanty could fall to Chicago with the No. 10 pick, the expectation is the Bears would have to move up to select him.

This is the second time that Jeanty’s odds have swung this week.

The Raiders, picking sixth, were in odds-on territory up until Tuesday, but that shifted as more people came around to the idea that the Jaguars would be selecting the former Boise State standout at No. 5.

That has been one of the most popular bets at BetMGM sportsbook during the buildup to Thursday’s show.

“The most concerning scenario for us is Jeanty going No. 5 to the Jaguars,” Christian Cippollini, senior director of trading for BetMGM, told the Post. “That would be enough to make it a losing draft [for us].”

It is expected that the Raiders would select Jeanty if he gets to them at No. 6.
