A powerhouse legal recruiter accused of forcing an employee to troll through sexually explicit websites to find her a masseuse has branded the claims “a baseless money grab,” according to new court filings.
Executive assistant Kaynaz Farhood claimed in her original filing that Amy Kossoris ordered her to use the website Masseur Finder to find a male massage therapist while at work.

She claimed her boss wanted “highly personal massage services” for medical purposes that were prescribed by a surgeon “and consisted of deep tissue massage of the head, back, and legs.”
Kossoris, who played competitive sports since early childhood, had just had spinal surgery to remove screws from a botched earlier surgery, according to the papers.
The CEO scorched Farhood’s allegations in her cross complaint this week, saying she “compiled a list of a dozen or so websites that had been recommended by medical professionals.”
Masseur Finder claims it’s “the web’s best directory of LGBTQI-friendly massage therapists and bodyworkers in the United States.”
“A review of the Masseur Finder website does not show, and has not shown sexually explicit or inappropriate content,” Kossoris’ filing says.
It continues: “Ms. Farhood’s suggestion that she was required to perform ‘sexually offensive tasks’ for Amy Kossoris’ personal use is a lie.”
“You’ve got a palpably false narrative. This came out of nowhere,” Kossoris’ attorney Patricia Glaser told The Post.
Farhood complained the assignment “crossed professional boundaries” and made her “feel deeply uncomfortable”, according to her original filing.
Farhood’s brief employment in 2025 was filled with problems including clients complaining about her, according to the cross complaint.
“After numerous policy violating incidents, the company issued her a final warning,” according to the papers.
After the review, she went on five months medical leave and then voluntarily resigned, the complaint says. “She got a bad review, not a firing, went on medical leave, and she quit,” Glaser claimed.
“Desperately looking for an easy payday but realizing she has no legitimate claims Ms. Farhood has opted to fabricate a set of salacious but false claims intended to embarrass Ms. Kossoris,” the filing reads.
Kossoris is asking for a judgement in her favor. “She’s one of the most hard working, earnest people I’ve worked with in a long time,” Glaser said.
Farhood was contacted for comment.
