Chilling video shows the shirtless Tampa Citibank gunman moments before he killed one woman and injured four other people.
The crazed killed opened fire as bank workers ate lunch outside after ramming his car through a fenced-in area at the corporate park just outside Tampa.
In footage shared online, the obese, bald killer is seen emerging from the car wreck while wielding an AR-15 style rifle.
He was wearing a jacket with no shirt underneath — revealing his piggish frame— jeans and boots.
Police said they believe the shooting was a targeted attack.
