College football live scores, games: Alabama at LSU and more

Week 11 was supposed to be an SEC showcase and instead it was the ACC that captured the nation’s attention early.

No. 4 Miami has been playing with fire all season and the Hurricanes finally got burned after a late fumble doomed their comeback attempt at Georgia Tech.

The SEC still had all the shine later in the day though. In the afternoon marquee, No. 16 Ole Miss delivered perhaps the biggest win of Lane Kiffin’s tenure in knocking off No. 3 Georgia. And there’s still a showdown between No. 11 Alabama and No. 14 LSU on tap.

Here’s what we’ll be keeping an eye on late Saturday.

No. 11 Alabama at No. 14 LSU

Time: 7:30 p.m. | TV: ABC | Line: Alabama -3 | Total: 58.5

The loser is assuredly out of the College Football Playoff race with a third loss barring a wild finish to the season. Will LSU’s defense be able to hold up against dual-threat Alabama QB Jalen Milroe? Alabama will need to have much more composure than it did in its last road game. The Crimson Tide have been penalized 69 times through eight games. The crowd at night in Tiger Stadium won’t make things easy.

No. 9 BYU at Utah

Time: 10:15 p.m. ET | TV: ESPN | Line: BYU -4 | Total: 40.5

The two heated rivals meet for the first time since 2021 and the first time as Big 12 members. Utah is in desperate need of a win after losing its last four Big 12 games, and the Utes would love to spoil BYU’s perfect season. The Cougars’ ability to force turnovers is a big reason for their 8-0 record. Can they keep it up this week in the Holy War?

Live81 updates

  • Touchdown Alabama!

We’re underway in Death Valley and the Tide are on the board first after a long touchdown run by Jalen Milroe.

  • Final: Colorado 41, Texas Tech 27

The Buffs have a clear path to the Big 12 title game now with their win and Iowa State’s loss today.

  • Touchdown Colorado!

A strip sack in the end zone and that’ll do it for Texas Tech. Shilo Sanders picked up the ball and trotted a short way into the end zone before doing his dad’s celebration.

  • Colorado punts to Texas Tech

The Red Raiders will have a shot at tying this thing after suboptimal clock management by Colorado, but they’re starting at their own 6-yard line.

There’s just over a minute left in the game.

  • Touchdown Texas Tech

Well the Red Raiders are still alive for the time being after a touchdown pass from Behren Morton to Jalin Conyers.

But they’re running out of time.

  • Texas Tech stuffed on fourth down!

The Red Raiders run a curious shotgun draw play on fourth-and-1 at the goal line and don’t get it.

That could be it for Texas Tech.

  • Final: Ole Miss 28, Georgia 10

This is perhaps the biggest win of Lane Kiffin’s Ole Miss tenure as the Rebels bolster their SEC title game and CFP chances with a huge SEC victory.

  • Final: Indiana 20, Michigan 15

The Hoosiers pass their biggest test to date, but it wasn’t easy by any means.

  • Michigan in striking distance

The Wolverines are down 20-15 with just 2 minutes left but they have the ball after this blown opportunity by Indiana resulted in a field goal.

  • Fumble recovered by Ole Miss!

This thing is over. It’s a strip sack of Carson Beck that’s recovered by Ole Miss’ Suntarine Perkins.

  • Touchdown Colorado!

The Buffs add onto their road lead with a 25-yard touchdown from Shedeur Sanders to Travis Hunter.

    Colorado 31, Texas Tech 20

  • Ole Miss adds FG

The Rebels can’t make the end zone but they add onto their lead with precious little time left. Under 3:30 now.

    Ole Miss 25, Georgia 10

  • Kansas pick 6!

The Jayhawks might’ve just sealed things in Lawrence.

  • Interception Ole Miss!

The Rebels defense has been badgering Carson Beck all day long and now they forced him into making a huge mistake, throwing behind his receiver and right into the hands on John Saunders for the pick.

What a huge play for Ole Miss as Georgia was driving to cut into the lead.

  • Meanwhile, Clemson’s Ashton Hampton just delivered an Interception of the Year candidate in getting the ball back for the Tigers.

  • Touchdown Texas Tech!

The Red Raiders are back in the lead after a short run by Tahj Brooks caps off a 9-play, 66-yard drive.

    Texas Tech 20, Colorado 17

  • Cyclones cut into Kansas lead

Iowa State is back in it but still has work left in the fourth quarter in Lawrence.

  • Touchdown Colorado!

The Buffs were down 13-0 early, but they’ve rallied and are now leading in Lubbock after a TD run by Shedeur Sanders in the third quarter.

  • Clemson takes lead in 2nd half

The Tigers took the lead on this wild pass from Cade Klubnik to T.J. Moore and now they’re driving for another score.

    Clemson 14, Virginia Tech 7

  • Fumble recovered by Ole Miss!

The Rebels defense continues to wreak havoc in this one, forcing a fumble on Nate Frazier. It’s recovered by Ole Miss’ Walter Nolen.

Ole Miss has an opportunity here to run away with this game…

Brutal time for a fumble from a freshman RB, but that was a tremendous strip by Zxavian Harris. pic.twitter.com/oNk7MSI3Zj
