An unhinged man who stabbed a Brooklyn subway rider in the eye is now in the crosshairs of the NYPD.
On Saturday, cops released photos of the suspect who knifed his 30-year-old victim, Nedal Kifayeh, in the left eye Thursday.
Police described the suspect as a man with a light complexion. He was last seen wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt with a graphic, a blue Amazon vest, dark-colored sweatpants and white sneakers.
“I definitely want him [the suspect] caught,” the victim’s brother, Jay Kifayeh, 33, told The Post following the assault. “Violence is not a way to deal with anything.”
Nedal Kifayeh – a waiter at a wedding hall who lives with his mom and brothers – was standing on the southbound platform at the Bay Ridge Avenue subway station around 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 17 when another man bladed him, police said.
His attacker ran off.
Kifayeh was in stable condition at NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn and set to undergo surgery.
