Dad Sets TikTok Trap, Shoots Suspect Over Video of Daughter’s Rape; Now Dad Faces Higher Bond Even as CSAM Found on Suspect’s Phone: Authorities

America’s warped judicial system is rewarding child rapists while punishing distraught parents who defend their children.

In the latest outrageous miscarriage of justice, an Ohio judge set a $100,000 bond for a father who shot a pedophile for allegedly raping his 11-year-old daughter, according to the New York Post.

By comparison, the judge set a $70,000 bond for the alleged rapist, whose assault was captured on a lurid cell phone video.

Last month, Diego Montoya Gonzalez, 20, was shot by Malik Chandler, 31, after Chandler’s wife discovered a video on their daughter’s cell phone showing the predator sexually assaulting the girl at their home in Grove City, Ohio.

The following day, Chandler pretended to be his daughter on TikTok to lure Gonzalez back to their home, where he allegedly shot him twice.

“He told investigators he intended to just beat up Montoya Gonzalez, hold him there and then call police — but he thought he saw the alleged sicko reach for a gun in his pocket, picked up his gun off the counter, and opened fire,” the New York Post reported.

Chandler was charged with felony assault, and his bond was set at $100,000.

Meanwhile, Gonzalez’s bond was a mere $70,000.

On Friday, the alleged child rapist was indicted by a grand jury on two counts of rape and five counts of pandering sexually oriented material.

Investigators found several videos on Gonzalez’s phone showing him sexually assaulting children, according to WBNS.

“Prosecutors said one video showed an infant or toddler,” the outlet reported.

In 2021, Gonzalez was also charged with strangling his then live-in girlfriend until she blacked out, Newsweek reported. The case was later dismissed.

In 2017, the recidivist pedophile was convicted of breaking and entering.

Given his violent, checkered past, it’s shocking that the judge set such a low bond for Gonzalez, while being tougher on the victim’s dad.

The grotesque double standard ignited a social media backlash.

“A man films himself abusing babies… and a judge hands him a CHEAPER ticket out of jail than the father who snapped trying to defend his own daughter,” one X user remarked.

“WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!”

Conservative activist Robby Starbuck — a father of four — also expressed disgust, saying “our justice system is broken.”

“So a dad doing what a dad should do gets a much higher bond than the pedo rapist who was caught with horrific images + video of child sexual abuse, including of a baby?” Starbuck wrote on X.

“100k bond for a dad protecting his kid 70k for the guy accused of raping a kid. Our justice system is broken.”
